BIO:

Jake is a former national class runner in the 3000m and 5000m, and has since changed his focus to strength training and sports conditioning. Jake believes that everyone can benefit from learning and practicing functional movements. He has experience working with clients that range from beginners to elite athletes and excels at creating programs for improving performance, fat loss, increasing strength, and muscle hypertrophy.
